Oshi no Ko 150 spoilers are out and this chapter is supposed to be about Kana and Aqua according to @d0nut2x on Twitter/X. It starts with Aqua talking to himself, “You are not going to say it anymore? That you’d make the person who did that to Ai suffer the same way, stab them repeatedly with that knife, make them regret being born.”

Then we see him saying that he had lost everything but found meaning in revenge in Oshi no Ko 150 spoilers.

Aqua responds with a “Yeah, I guess so” to his statement that there is no other form of salvation comparable to Sarina’s current state of being alive and well, living as Ruby, becoming an idol—her lifelong dream—and now experiencing happiness.

Two options

Next in Oshi no Ko 150 spoilers, Gorou assures that he will vanish into thin air, leaving behind nothing more than a scar from a bygone era. He gives Aqua two options.

Kill Kamiki or go out and enjoy the youth with the girl you love. Gorou says that as long as his eyes stay black, he won’t let him lay his hand on Sarina-Chan. Aqua says that the only reason Ruby likes him is because he is channeling Gorou Amamiya’s ghost.

Then Aqua states, “Hoshino Ruby is Hoshino Aqua’s twin brother, the only precious little sister in the world. That’s enough for me.”

Arima Kana?

Gorou then thinks Aqua likes that “Genius Child Actor” to which we see Aqua replying, “Huh, Why, Arima?”

Further ahead in Oshi no Ko 150 spoilers, we see Aqua (talking to himself), “It goes without saying, right? As Hoshino Aqua, I had typical teenage romantic feelings.”.

He then talks about Kana more to himself. Aqua says “Despite being arrogant, you’re hardworking, Despite having a sharp tongue, you’re delicate, Your strength and straight gaze, I’ve always liked those traits of yours, I understand that.”

Then Gorou says that Aqua doesn’t have to act anymore. “He is free to step down as Gorou and he is allowed to love someone. This Knife, how to use it is up to you,” After that, Aqua wakes up.

Next in Oshi no Ko 150 spoilers, Akane recently told Kana something, and now she’s thinking about it.

When asked who is responsible for getting Kana to date Aqua, Akane claims it’s her. Kana disagrees and says she can do it on her own, but Akane won’t budge until Kana does.

Akane continues by saying that Kana wants to spend Christmas with the boys but threatens to return to Aqua if she doesn’t move quickly enough. After giving it some thought, Kana realizes that Akane gets her by letting her know exactly what she doesn’t like. This realization prompts Kana to express, “”If I were to date him…I wonder what would happen.”

Kana wonders how she hated Aqua at the start but that feeling slowly started to change. The joy she felt with Aqua by his side, his rival, whom she has been chasing all this time, and someone she loves.

Then she gets a text message from Aqua who is asking whether she is free on Saturday.

Kana quickly stood up, her eyes shining and she was blushing. Holding the phone tightly, she says, “I am in love real,”
